Board-certified physician with a whole-person approach

I believe ambivalence is often an integral part of change. I will meet you where you are, and help you move towards what matters most.

My private practice centers on the treatment of substance use disorders, and non-psychotic mental health challenges. I provide therapy and medication management rooted in empathy, authenticity, curiosity, and pragmatism.

I am a physician board certified in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine. I lead the Inpatient & Emergency Department Addiction Consultation Service at Cambridge Health Alliance.

My therapeutic approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

I see patients in English and French, and have conversational ability in Spanish.

Fees & Insurance

Fees & Insurance

My practice is out-of-network with all insurance plans. For simplicity, payment is processed through a card kept securely on file at the time of each visit.

Superbills are available on request and can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–70% of the visit fee after your deductible is met. I recommend verifying your out-of-network behavioral health and medical benefits with your insurance company before scheduling — the CPT (billing) codes below will help you confirm coverage and reimbursement rates.

In-person and telehealth visits are billed at the same rate.
