Reaching out is often the hardest part. I'm here to make it easier.
I provide therapy and medication management for adults navigating substance use, depression, anxiety, and related conditions — in a safe, trauma-informed, judgment-free space.

I believe ambivalence is often an integral part of change. I will meet you where you are, and help you move towards what matters most.
My private practice centers on the treatment of substance use disorders, and non-psychotic mental health challenges. I provide therapy and medication management rooted in empathy, authenticity, curiosity, and pragmatism.
I am a physician board certified in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine. I lead the Inpatient & Emergency Department Addiction Consultation Service at Cambridge Health Alliance.
My therapeutic approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
I see patients in English and French, and have conversational ability in Spanish.
I provide individualized care that blends therapy, medication, and harm reduction strategies. Licensed in Massachusetts and New York.
Individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to you.
Compassionate, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders including alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. Harm reduction and medication-assisted treatment available, including buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi).
Psychiatric medication evaluation, initiation, and ongoing management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and PTSD.
I work with adults navigating substance use disorders and mental health conditions — together or separately. Medication is used when helpful, and therapy and medication management often happen in the same visit.
I also offer slow, structured tapers for patients who want to come off antidepressants (SSRI/SNRI), or benzodiazepines (clonazepam, alprazolam — whether or not they have a benzodiazepine use disorder).
Send me a message through the contact form. I'll respond within 1–2 business days.
We'll have a short phone call — typically 10–15 minutes — to discuss what brings you in, answer any questions you have, and make sure my practice is the right fit.
I'll send electronic forms to fill out before our first meeting, so we can spend our time on what matters most.
We'll explore what brings you in, your history, and your goals. Together, we'll build a plan of care that aligns with your values.
Regular follow-up visits at a pace that works for you. I can collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated care.
My practice is out-of-network with all insurance plans. For simplicity, payment is processed through a card kept securely on file at the time of each visit.
Superbills are available on request and can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–70% of the visit fee after your deductible is met. I recommend verifying your out-of-network behavioral health and medical benefits with your insurance company before scheduling — the CPT (billing) codes below will help you confirm coverage and reimbursement rates.
In-person and telehealth visits are billed at the same rate.
